Phase 2: Updating the Bedrooms and Family Bathroom
Moving down a floor, we took on three further bedrooms, the landing, and the main family bathroom. We raked out and filled old settlement cracks, sanded down the skirtings and door frames, and applied fresh, modern colour schemes that instantly made the rooms feel larger and brighter.
Phase 3: The Hallway, Stairs, and Landing Core
The staircase and hallway are the highest-traffic areas in any home. We painted the entire landing and main staircase all the way down to the ground floor. For these zones, we utilized heavy-duty, scrubbable matt finishes so the walls can be easily wiped clean of daily family scuff marks without ruining the paintwork.
Phase 4: Ground Floor (Kitchen, Living Room, & WC)
To complete the full-house transformation, we moved into the main living spaces. We refreshed the ground-floor WC toilet, applied durable grease-resistant paint in the kitchen, and completely redecorated the main living room to create a flawless, cohesive finish throughout the entire property.
